Carla Delgado is passionate about politics, its analysis and impact in different sectors such as foreign policy, energy transition and education. Since 2020, she has served as head of the political section of the Mexican Embassy to Germany. Prior to this appointment, she worked in the public sector at the Secretariat of Public Education (SEP) and was an associate researcher at the Center for International Studies of the Senate, where she analysed the modernised version of the EU-Mexico Global Agreement.
In her eight years as a public affairs consultant, she learned how to think and explain her own country to national and international companies, public institutions and associations and to promote dialogue between the public, private and NGO sectors. Her academic background is in international politics (MA) and international relations (BA).
