The dedicated members of the GDL Eirliani Abdul Rahman, Elsa Marie D’Silva and Sonja Peteranderl published a collection of essays under the title “The Demographic Dividend and the Power of Youth – Voices from the Global Diplomacy Lab”. As they put it: “[…] we want to identify ways to increase inclusion, ownership, sustainability and the impact of democracy and together, foster a shared global understanding of the challenge.”
