Inês Silva is a Portugal-based innovator and the CEO of Aliados, an innovation consulting firm working for a more sustainable and circular world. On the side, Inês Silva fights for gender equality at Portuguese Women in Tech and leads Connect Portugal, a community of highly talented Portuguese young leaders spread around the world.

She is a 2018-19 Marshall Memorial Fellow supported by the German Marshall Fund, an alumna of the Singularity University Graduate Studies Program and she is also actively engaged in networks like the World Economic Forum Global Shapers, the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt/ Responsible Leaders Network and Sandbox Network.
