Max is studying Political and Social Studies at the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg with a focus on international relations. This is why he found the Global Diplomacy Lab to be the ideal choice for his internship at the Federal Foreign Office.

Since his high school politics course, Max has not missed out on a chance to partake in discussions about politics and society. Therefore, he is excited to meet and connect with as many of the GDL’s engaged and proactive members as possible during his time here. Max is currently working on his Bachelor’s degree and plans to write his thesis about the Israel-Palestine conflict.

Aside from studying and working, he likes to keep active, preferably by playing football. To relax, he likes to read or make music. Having recently relocated to Berlin, Max is keen to explore everything the city has to offer.
